2-4 lbs of chicken or pork
1 can of beef broth (14.5oz)
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup of REDHOT sauce
Sauce
½ cup ketchup
½ cup molasses
¼ cup prepared yellow mustard
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp REDHOT sauce
- Place pork or chicken in the slow cooker. Combine broth, 1/3 cup each Worcestershire and REDHOT sauce. Pour over chicken/pork. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours* or until meat is tender.
- Meanwhile, combine ingredients for sauce in a large bowl; set aside.
- Transfer meat to a cutting board. Discard liquid. Coarsely chop the mea**t. Stir into reserved sauce. Spoon mixture on large rolls or hamburger buns.
*If you prefer using low heat cook for 10 hours.
**You can also shred the chick/pork (which is what I prefer)
