As a home-schooling parent, I am always looking for fun and creative
ways to teach. I think I found just
that with Kelly Kits. Kelly Kits
are an all inclusive art-play curriculum for all ages!
Each activity includes an enrichment
idea that
adds an educational component to each art-play experience, which is just
perfect for a home schooling mommy such as myself!

The Original Kelly Kit includes
one set of five unique activities that include painting, drawing, sculpting,
printmaking, & collage. Each kit contains EVERYTHING needed for the
activities. From glue sticks to
pencils, if you need it, it’s included! And bonus, Kelly Kits uses only quality, NON-TOXIC materials, so
no worries there! Kelly Kits are made to encourage creativity &
teach! So set aside those coloring
books and sign up for Kelly Kits.
We received the Mighty Mosaics
Collage project. It came complete with
a glue stick, pencil, a bag of mini mosaic cardstock squares, and 4 half-sheet
pieces of black construction paper.
This particular craft is great for learning colors and early math
skills. It only held M’s attention for
about 20 minutes but she is only 2 so that is to be expected. Because of the excess of materials, we can
revisit this is a project over and over.
With this kit we were able to review colors, counting, and
matching! This is such a great
investment and is totally worth it.

What’s extra awesome about
these kits is that they have instructions for Preschool (ages 2-6), Elementary
(ages 6-10), & a Masterpiece Challenge for ages 10+. Kelly
Kits not only create a great learning environment, but they are super fun for
both parent and child.
Being a part of the Kelly Kit Klub doesn’t stop
with the kits. If you log onto their
site they have instructional videos, helpful hints, tricks and various ways to
better enjoy these kits with your children. When you visit their site you will find that there are a few different packages to choose from. They have a monthly subscription, gift
packs, and Birthday Party Packs.
The
Kelly Kits monthly subscription is a mail-out of a single activity with instructional video access and
monthly contests, drawings, and prizes! The gift packs and sensory kits have
all the materials needed for 5 unique art projects for 2 children. The Birthday Party Pack is really neat. It includes activities for 8 children
(add-ons are available if you have more than 8 guests) and they come with a
special personalized gift for the birthday girl/boy and a planning guide. All
subscriptions are mailed out on the 20th of the month but to ensure
that your Party Pack is delivered on time, you should order a month in advance.
