Apple Crisp

13 cup dry quick oats
14 cup whole-wheat flour
14 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon, divided
2 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
5 apples, peeled, thinly sliced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
34 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, 12 tsp cinnamon, and Smart Balance spread. Mix with a fork to make a crumble mixture. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, cornstarch, and remaining
12 tsp cinnamon. Mix well.

Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place the apple mixture in the dish. Top with crumble mixture. Lightly press down. Bake 35 minutes.

To serve, top with whipped topping.
