These wraps are
quick, easy and super yummy!
This recipe makes 3-4 wraps.
Ingredients:
3 skinless,
boneless chicken breasts
Italian salad
dressing
Ranch
Provolone Cheese
Swiss
Cheese (optional)
Greek Pita flat
bread
Directions:
Dice the chicken and place it in a pan with about ½ cup of Italian
dressing (do not add too much or your wraps will be runny). Cook on low to medium heat until the chicken
is no longer pink and most of the Italian dressing is absorbed. Turn off the heat, place a few slices of
cheese on top of the chicken and cover until melted. Microwave your bread so it does not fall apart and then fill it
with your Italian chicken. Add ranch, then
wrap, and voila! We don't go light on the ranch! |
If you like onions or tomatoes, they make great additions! To make eating a little less messy we use foil to hold the wraps together.
